A new feature is underway in the Japanese Garden! 🛠 A zig-zag bridge's 90-degree turns control the direction of visitors' gazes, prompting them to contemplate and enjoy the views from different angles. They can be found in Japanese and Chinese gardens, oftentimes going over a water feature. Kudos to our garden team for the work being put into this!

Calling all crafty fall-lovers! 🎃 We’re accepting donations of hand-decorated scarecrows for our Scarecrows in the Garden | Fall Market & Bake Sale event! Donated scarecrows will be purchased by attendees with proceeds benefitting the growth of the Northern Plains Botanic Gardens. Help spread the word and share with your friends and family!

What’s better than a little fun in the sun? In honor of the summer solstice, Northern Plains Botanic Garden Society is hosting their inaugural Soleil Festival! Come enjoy the beautiful gardens, try fun and educational activities, and shop local vendors! This event will be taking place outdoors from 4-7PM on Friday, June 21st at the Northern Plains Botanic Garden (1211 28th Ave N, Fargo, ND 58102), light rain or shine. This event is free for all to attend, no tickets or RSVP required. Donations to NPBGS are greatly appreciated as we hope to raise funds and awareness for our cause!
