How long should I allow for a visit?

People typically spend up to 1 hour at the Gardens.

The average time that it takes to walk through the Gardens is about 30 minutes.
Guidelines

Please do not pick flowers. Fruits from the Edible Garden may be picked only during scheduled events.

You may bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages into the Gardens. We have many beautiful sites where you can enjoy your picnic lunch or dinner.

Visitors are welcome to take photos and videos for personal use.

Service animals and pets are welcome, but please keep dogs on non-retractable leashes and clean up after your pet. Please do not leave pets in cars–you will be asked to take them home.

Please help keep the Gardens relaxing for everyone—no loud music.

Please do not throw things into the ponds.

A wheelchair accessible Portable Restroom is available at the north end of the Garden. No indoor toilets available.

Most of our indoor and outdoor gardens and facilities, are wheelchair accessible.

Accessible parking is located in the Children’s Museum parking lot and is available on a first-come first-served basis.

We do not offer wheelchairs, strollers, motorized wheelchairs or scooters. Please plan to bring your own.
