How long should I allow for a visit?

• People typically spend up to 1 hour at the Gardens.

• The average time that it takes to walk through the Gardens is about 30 minutes.

 

Guidelines

• Please do not pick flowers.  Fruits from the Edible Garden may be picked only during scheduled events.

• You may bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages into the Gardens. We have many beautiful sites where you can enjoy your picnic lunch or dinner.

• Visitors are welcome to take photos and videos for personal use.

• Service animals and pets are welcome, but please keep dogs on non-retractable leashes and clean up after your pet.  Please do not leave pets in cars–you will be asked to take them home.

• Please help keep the Gardens relaxing for everyone—no loud music.

• Please do not throw things into the ponds.

• A wheelchair accessible Portable Restroom is available at the north end of the Garden. No indoor toilets available.

 

Accessibility

• Most of our indoor and outdoor gardens and facilities, are wheelchair accessible.

• Accessible parking is located in the Children’s Museum parking lot and is available on a first-come first-served basis.

• We do not offer wheelchairs, strollers, motorized wheelchairs or scooters. Please plan to bring your own.
