About the Event
Free tours of the Edible Forest will be provided on Wednesday, July 19, at 6:30 pm (inner loop, consisting mostly of berries) and 8:00 pm (outer loop, consisting mostly of fruit trees). For each tour, we will walk through the respective loops around the orchard and discuss traits and care of the various kinds of plants. Individual tours will be cancelled if less than 3 people are registered, so each person that is interested in attending should be sure to sign up. To participate in either or both of the tours, please register for the tour you want to attend by registering through the Events page of the Northern Plains Botanic Garden Society website (Edible Forest Tours). Tours will start by the greenhouse to the northeast of the parking lot. Email Jim if you have questions (NorthernTrees23@gmail.com).
Edible Forest tours will be held at least monthly during the growing season, depending on interest. Some will be on Saturdays and some during the week. Special tours for groups can be arranged or if accommodations for your group are needed let us know. "
